Mekar99 Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Terms for Malaysia

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between mekar99 ("Platform", "we", "us") and each individual ("Member", "you") who registers, accesses or uses any service on the mekar99 platform, accessible via mekar99.online.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any game or service on mekar99, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not register or continue using the mekar99 platform.

These Terms are to be read together with Privacy Policy mekar99 and pages Responsible Gaming, all of which together form a comprehensive agreement between the member and mekar99.

To register and use the mekar99 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• Be at least 21 years old at the time of registration and throughout the use of the platform;
• Is registering on their own behalf as an individual, and not as a representative or agent of any other party;
• Does not reside in any jurisdiction that prohibits or restricts the use of online betting services;
• Not diagnosed or confirmed by a relevant health authority as actively experiencing compulsive gambling problems;
• Has not previously been self-excluded from mekar99 or any related platform where the exclusion period is still active;
• Has full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) mekar99 account only. Registering or attempting to register more than one account — using different names, phone numbers, emails, or payment methods — is a serious violation of these Terms.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, true, current and complete information as required by mekar99. This includes but is not limited to:

Mekar99 supports the following Malaysian payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• e-Wallet: Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay
• Bank Transfer: DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks

The minimum deposit is RM10 per transaction. All deposits are processed in under 60 seconds under normal conditions. mekar99 does not charge hidden fees for deposits; however, some payment service providers may apply their own fees, which are beyond mekar99's control.

For withdrawals:

• Withdrawal to e-wallet: minimum RM20, processed within 15–30 minutes;
• Withdrawal to bank account: minimum RM50, processed within 30–45 minutes;
• Withdrawals exceeding RM2,000 requires additional identity verification;
• The recipient account must be held in the same name as the registered name on your mekar99 account.

Mekar99 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time for both new and existing members. Each mekar99 bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms and limits as stated in the respective promotion's terms.

General terms apply to all mekar99 bonuses unless stated otherwise:

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before the bonus balance can be withdrawn;
• The standard rollover requirement is between 10x and 30x of the bonus amount received;
• The wagering requirement must be met within 7 to 30 days from the date the bonus is credited;
• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only, regardless of the number of accounts held;
• Bonuses may not be used to offset losses beyond the limit set for a specific promotion;
• Mekar99 reserves the right to withdraw or cancel bonuses in cases of suspected abuse.

A few general principles that apply to all games and bets at mekar99:

• Game results are final once a round or event concludes – no appeals may be made on the grounds of dissatisfaction with a valid outcome;
• Technical failures during a game session that cause an interruption will be resolved based on mekar99's server records, which are considered conclusive;
• Bets placed after an event or match has started may not be accepted, depending on the market type;
• Mekar99 reserves the right to void or restrict bets placed based on odds displayed in error due to a technical fault;
• All RNG outcomes are generated by independently audited systems and cannot be influenced by mekar99 or any third party.

For Malaysian sports betting on events such as Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, badminton, F1 and esports like MPL Malaysia — if a match is postponed or cancelled, bet settlement will follow the official ruling of the relevant tournament organiser. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mekar99 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all balances and winnings, and legal action:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any attempt to defraud mekar99 or other players, including manipulating game software or betting systems;
• Bot & Automation Use: Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other tools that provide an unfair advantage in games or betting;
• Money Laundering: Using the mekar99 platform as a channel for money laundering or illegal financing activities;
• Collusion: Colluding with other members to manipulate game outcomes or gain unauthorised advantages from mekar99 promotions;
• Account Compromise: Attempting to access another person's mekar99 account without authorisation;
• False Information: Providing false identity information during registration or the verification process;
• System Interruption: Attempting to damage, disable, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the mekar99 platform.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your mekar99 account login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. mekar99 strongly recommends the following measures:

• Use a strong password combining uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers and symbols;
• Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members;
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) if available on your mekar99 account;
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when using a shared device;
• Review your account activity regularly and report any unrecognised transactions immediately.

Mekar99 will never ask for your password via email, SMS, WhatsApp or any other communication channel. If you receive any such request, it is a phishing attempt and you should report it to the mekar99 support team immediately at support@mekar99.online.

Mekar99 is not liable for any losses arising from a member's failure to keep their login credentials secure.

Mekar99 collects and processes members' personal data in accordance with mekar99's Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the mekar99 platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as set out in that Privacy Policy.

In summary, mekar99 uses your personal data for the following purposes:

• Processing and managing your account, deposits and withdrawals;
• Fulfilling legal obligations and regulatory compliance requirements;
• Detecting and preventing fraud and money laundering;

• A voluntary request by the member themselves to close their account.

When an account is terminated for non-fraudulent reasons, any valid account balance (after deducting all bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the payment method used for the last deposit. The refund process takes between 3 and 14 business days depending on the payment method.

The mekar99 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties except as explicitly stated in these Terms. mekar99 does not guarantee that the platform will be entirely free from errors, disruptions, or downtime at all times.

Mekar99 is not liable for:

• Financial losses incurred by a member as a result of valid game or betting outcomes;
• Losses arising from a member's failure to adequately safeguard their account login credentials;
• Delays caused by third parties such as payment service providers or game suppliers;
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive losses even if mekar99 has been informed of the possibility of such losses;
• Service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond mekar99's control, including internet outages, natural disasters or directives from regulatory authorities.

Mekar99's total liability to any member for any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Mekar99 reserves the right to amend, modify or update these Terms at any time. For material amendments that significantly affect members' rights or obligations, mekar99 will provide at least 7 calendar days before the amendment takes effect via:

• Email to the address registered with your mekar99 account;
• Notifications displayed upon logging in to your mekar99 account;
• Updates to the Terms & Conditions page on the mekar99 website.

Continued use of the mekar99 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you have the right to close your mekar99 account and request a refund of any valid balance before the amendment takes effect.
